Description
The 2.0-liter Toyota 3ZR-FE engine has been produced since 2007 at enterprises in Japan and the USA for front-wheel drive models such as Avensis. This engine is equipped with a variable valve timing system Dual VVT-i. A number of markets sell an ethanol version with the 3ZR-FBE index.
The engine was installed on:
- Toyota Avensis 3 (T270) since 2009;
- Toyota Corolla 10 (E150) in 2006 – 2013; Corolla E170 since 2013;
- Toyota RAV4 4 (XA40) since 2012.
